The 2023 JVC LX-NZ30 is the upgraded version of the JVC LX-NZ3. And there is a lot to get excited for over this new projector.
JVC LX-NZ30 Features
While it doesn't have the 8K quality of the JVC NZ7, the brand new JVC NZ30 has the specs to perform beautifully in a variety of environments.
Bright Laser Light Source
With a 3300 lumen laser single laser light source, the high brightness of this projector allows you to use it rooms with higher levels of ambient light, especially when paired with an ambient light rejecting projector screen. It also increases the peak brightness during HDR projection giving users a wider dynamic range to enjoy. This is 300 lumens more than the previous model.
The JVC NZ30 uses a new 105W blue laser diode assembly which replaces the previous 95W design, making it possible to achieve higher brightness. The proprietary BLU-Escent laser light source powers this model. This JVC laser projector is rated at having a 20,000 hour long lamp life.
Incredible Picture Quality
This 4K projector offers an superbly detailed image with over 8 million individual pixels to create a sharp, beautiful picture on your screen. It utilizes the 0.47" DMD chip and four-way e-shift to create the projected image.
The new JVC LX-NZ30 projects HDR content with sharp, higher-quality, dynamic images. In addition to HDR 10 used in the ULTRA HD Blu-ray format, the projector supports HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) used in broadcasting.

This bright, laser projector should be a top choice for the new Xbox and PS5 consoles.
We would have liked to see a 2.1 HDMI port for 4K/120Hz gaming, but even without it the LX-NZ30 is fantastic for gamers.
