Hi, Brian: It was nice meeting you. All I can say is that I'm sure JVC is proud to have your company as one of its authorized dealers; your service has been outstanding! So...I installed the replacement projector, turned it on, and NO focus/lens issues and everything else looked pretty darn good too. Love it! You know, I've demo'd a Sony full 4k 665 in a light controlled environment on what appeared to be a black diamond screen and this JVC X750 still pounces on it on a white screen in terms of contrast.
