Love this screen. Using in a loft/movie room, currently with a optoma uhd 3k lumen projector. Room has blackout shades on the windows and the screen puts out a great image. Assembly can be done with one person but I'd highly recommend having a helper when you get to the part where the last side is being snapped into place onto the frame. The screen material is tough and stretchy but requires a significant amount of tension and effort to get that last side done safely, that is, making sure you don't tear the edge. Make sure the snaps along the top and bottom are snugly pushed in the direction of the last side being attached to give yourself as much slack as possible and have the helper help spread the tension as you snap the last side onto the frame. Also, the frame looks and feels high end. I'm very happy with this setup. ProjectorScreen.com was also super helpful.
