I did a lot of homework on golf sims and purchased it because of its golf features and also its multipurpose usage capabilities. The quality of the image is astounding but not just as a golf sim. I built my room to be a full entertainment area including watching movies, TV, sports and as a golf sim. This projector makes it all look incredible with crisp, bright images even with lights on in the room.If you're looking for a golf sim projector that you can also watch movies on and you're able to spend a bit extra you will not be disappointed!
First of all what a great Christmas present. Always wanted a projector and a Golf simulator and this Year brought both! I amOpening a small indoor country club and this pairs beautifully with my new Trackman. Everyone who knew anything in the golf space fully endorsed Benq so I had to go with you guys. We are using the BenQ LK936ST projector as the centerpiece of our high end commercial golf simulator. We can not be happier with it. I waited several weeks to post this review because I wanted to give it a thorough testing. The projector has passed with flying colors. The 4K high definition picture is stunning. The golf enhancement feature makes the golf courses look unbelievably real. We had a custom screen size and used the duo aspect ratio (16:9 or 16:10) feature to tweak the picture to fill our whole screen. This makes for a truly immersive golf experience. The auto on and off when detecting a signal from the HDMI cable when the PC is fired up or turned off makes it very easy in a commercial environment. Only on thing to turn on and off. The short throw feature allows us to put the projector closer to the screen and not show any shadow from the golfer at the tee. Thank you BenQ for such a wonderful product.
