Shipping policy
Signature Requirement
We reserve the right to mark deliveries as Signature Required unless you request otherwise. For special delivery instructions, contact Customer Service immediately.
Free Shipping Orders
If your order received Free Shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused Deliveries
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If delivery is refused, round trip shipping charges including outbound and return freight will be deducted from the refund. A 20% restocking fee will also apply along with additional fees for non like-new condition.
LTL and Truck Deliveries
LTL freight deliveries are made to the back of the truck only.
- Liftgate, inside delivery, and other special services must be arranged before shipment.
- If additional services are requested at the time of delivery without prior arrangement, the customer is responsible for all added charges.
Damage Policy
Visible Damage
- Freight shipments must be inspected while the driver waits.
- If damaged, refuse delivery.
- Failure to inspect may void damage protection.
If You Cannot Inspect
- Mark the shipment as DAMAGED before signing.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Report concealed damage within 2 days or a claim cannot be filed.
FedEx and UPS Deliveries
If a carrier leaves the package at your door, you must contact the carrier within 24 hours to file a claim and notify us immediately.
Shipping to Freight Forwarders
- You must confirm shipping dimensions before manufacture or shipment.
- If the freight forwarder rejects the shipment, the customer must arrange alternate delivery.
- We cannot reroute freight once it leaves the freight forwarder’s warehouse.
DOA Shipments
Items that arrive DOA or defective must be reported immediately and require an RMA. DOA items qualify for exchange only unless otherwise specified.
