When I first contacted ProjectorScreen.com about my wavy screen, they told me this is not normal and appears to be defective. It turns out that Elite Screens does not consider this defective, they think it is perfectly o.k. that their tensioned screens are not really tensioned. The tensioning strings on the side are not tight and they do not pull the surface flat at all. Elite Screens claims this is due to the surface material being used and is refusing to consider this a defect. I regret purchasing an Elite Screen product and would not recommend their products to anyone and trust that ProjectorScreen.com will do the right thing and refund me or replace with a better quality brand.
